- work with colleagues to optimize new and existing business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction
- answering customers calls
- provide efficient response to customers regarding inquiries on order, product information, price, payments, finance issues
- contracts processing
- handling Data Base
- monitoring payments and credit status of customers
- introduce clients to policies and procedures, databases
- product presentation
- induction of clients
