Требования к кандидату

• Образование Высшее
• Возраст от 25 до 45 лет

High technical education. Experience: participation in customer’s projects activities related to services. Understand our customers and product functional and technical requirements. Communicate customer requirements to product planning. Understand customization requirements that the customer will need. Install, configure and maintain ICE BU product’s. Upgrade and tests customer specific software as part of staging and before it is implemented to the customer’s environment. Provide input in the selection of products and recommendation on how to improve services. Participation in customer’s projects activities related to services (architecture /design). Keep current on new technologies as it relates. Uses internal systems/processes to communicate customers issues, Feature Requests, defects, inquiries, etc. and be the interface between the customer and ICE. Extensive travel to customer Sites to conduct troubleshooting, install patches, and assist with the migration of software, particularly in Production Environments. English – fluent.

Обязанности

Technical support, Installation & Commissioning. Installation and configuration of Solaris on application servers, Redhat Linux on VoD servers, Oracle 9i database, Oracle RAC. Installation and configuration of boot servers, DHCP / DNS / Pre-Proxy configuration
